Sec. 702.103. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION NONTRANSFERABLE; APPLICATION BY NEW OWNER. (a) A health spa operator's certificate of registration is not transferable. (b) A person who obtains ownership of a health spa by purchase or other transfer shall file an application for a certificate of registration under Section 702.102 not later than the fifth day after the date the person obtains ownership.
