Sec. 70.069. ORDER FILED. (a) The board shall file a copy of its order with the Nueces County clerk. (b) The board shall file the order not later than the 20th day after: (1) the closing date of a hearing held as provided by Section 70.063 (b); or (2) if the hearing is not held, the expiration of the period provided by Section 70.063 (a).
