Sec. 7.178. FAILURE TO PAY FEES UNDER CLEAN AIR ACT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly does not pay a fee required by Chapter 382 , Health and Safety Code, or by a rule adopted or an order issued under that chapter. (b) An offense under this section is punishable for an individual under Section 7.187 (1)(H) or Section 7.187 (2)(B) or both. (c) An offense under this section is punishable for a person other than an individual under Section 7.187 (1)(H).
