Sec. 7.1735. VIOLATION RELATING TO MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly violates an order or resolution adopted by an authorized agent under Section 366.0515 , Health and Safety Code. (b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
