Sec. 7.150. FAILURE TO NOTIFY OR REPORT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly fails to notify or report to the commission as required under Chapter 26 or by a rule adopted or a permit or an order issued by the appropriate regulatory agency under Chapter 26 . (b) An offense under this section is punishable for an individual under Section 7.187 (1)(C) or Section 7.187 (2)(D) or both. (c) An offense under this section is punishable for a person other than an individual under Section 7.187 (1)(D).
