Sec. 683.033. UNAUTHORIZED STORAGE FEE; OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person charges a storage fee for a period for which the fee is not authorized by Section 683.032 . (b) An offense under this subsection is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $200 or more than $1,000.
