Sec. 68.093. OFFICERS. (a) The membership of the Brazos Pilots Association shall elect members to serve as officers. The association's officers must include a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer. (b) The officers are elected by secret ballot and by a majority vote of those members casting ballots. Each member is entitled to one vote for each officer.
