Sec. 68.070. ORDER FILED. (a) The board shall file a copy of its order with the county clerk. (b) The board shall file the order not later than the 20th day after: (1) the closing date of a hearing held as provided by Section 68.064 (b); or (2) if a hearing is not held, the expiration of the 20-day period provided by Section 68.064 (a).
