Sec. 672.008. REPORT. (a) Not later than December 15 of each even-numbered year, each review team shall submit to the Department of Family and Protective Services a report on deaths reviewed. (b) Subject to Section 672.009 , the Department of Family and Protective Services shall make the reports received under Subsection (a) available to the public.
