Sec. 67.064. BOARD ACTION ON APPLICATION. (a) If an objection to an application for a rate change is not received by any commissioner within the period provided by Section 67.063 (a), the board shall act on the application without further proceedings. (b) If a hearing is held as provided by Section 67.063 , the board shall grant, deny, or modify the application after receipt of the evidence offered by the parties and arguments and briefs requested by the board.
