Sec. 662.041. SAM RAYBURN DAY. (a) January 6 is Sam Rayburn Day in memory of that great Texas and American statesman, Sam Rayburn. (b) Sam Rayburn Day shall be regularly observed by appropriate programs in the public schools and other places to commemorate the birthday of Sam Rayburn.
