Sec. 660.115. RECEIPTS. (a) Except as provided by Subsections (b) and (c), a state employee who requests reimbursement for a lodging expense must submit a lodging receipt to the comptroller at the time and in the manner required by the comptroller. (b) A chief administrator of a state agency who is not a member of a board is not required to submit a lodging receipt to the comptroller. (c) A member of a board is not required to submit a lodging receipt to the comptroller if: (1) the membership of the board is elected by vote of the people; or (2) the member serves on the board full-time and is paid a salary for that service.
