Sec. 66.84. PAYMENTS; DISPOSITION. Payments under this subchapter shall be made to the board of regents, which shall: (1) transmit to the state comptroller for deposit to the credit of the permanent university fund all bonus, rental, and royalty payments; (2) transmit to the state comptroller for deposit to the credit of the available university fund all filing, assignment, and relinquishment fees and all other payments except those described in Subdivision (3); and (3) retain the one and one-half percent special fee provided for by this subchapter for disbursement by the comptroller of The University of Texas System for the purposes authorized by this subchapter.
