Sec. 651.205. ISSUANCE OF REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION ORDER. If the department revokes or suspends a license, the department shall: (1) immediately issue in duplicate a written order of revocation or suspension; (2) file one copy of the order in the office of the secretary of state; and (3) mail one copy of the order to the license holder.
