Sec. 643.064. UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NUMBERS. (a) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 703 (H.B. 3254 ), Sec. 17, eff. January 1, 2018. (b) A motor carrier required to register under this subchapter shall maintain an authorized identification number issued to the motor carrier by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, its successor, or another person authorized to issue the number.
