Sec. 63.373. SCHEDULING PETITION FOR HEARING; NOTICE. (a) After a petition is presented under Section 63.372 of this code, the commission shall set the petition for a hearing to be held within 10 days from the date of presentation of the petition. (b) Notice of the hearing shall be posted at three public places in the territory proposed to be annexed for at least five days before the hearing on the petition. The notice shall include the time and place of the hearing and the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed.
