Sec. 63.338. DELINQUENT ASSESSMENTS. (a) Not later than August 1 of each year, the assessor and collector shall prepare a delinquent roll showing all delinquencies in the payment of the assessments. (b) The assessor and collector shall post the delinquent roll in the district office for at least 20 days.
