Sec. 63.177. COMMISSION REPORT. (a) The commission shall make an annual report of its activities and file it with the county clerk on or before January 1 of each year. (b) The report shall show in detail: (1) the kind, character, and amount of work done in the district; (2) the cost of the work; and (3) the amount paid on order, the purpose for which paid, and other data necessary to show the condition of improvements made under the provisions of this chapter.
