Sec. 63.175. SUPERVISION OF WORK. (a) Unless done under the supervision of the United States, all work contracted for by the district shall be done under the supervision of a representative of the district. (b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 108 (S.B. 755 ), Sec. 17, eff. May 22, 2019.
