Sec. 63.032. APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION. (a) Each application for registration of a commercial fertilizer shall include the following information relating to the fertilizer: (1) the name and principal address of the person responsible for manufacture and distribution; (2) the brand or the name under which the fertilizer is to be distributed; and (3) other information that the service may by rule require. (b) The service may prescribe and furnish forms for registration of commercial fertilizers under this chapter. The service shall provide a registrant with a copy of the approved registration.
