Sec. 623.403. COUNTY AND MUNICIPALITY DESIGNATION. (a) An applicant for a permit under this subchapter must designate each county and municipality in which the permit will be used. (b) A permit issued under this subchapter is not valid in a county or municipality that is not designated in the permit application.
