Sec. 623.324. DISPOSITION OF FEE. (a) Of the fee collected under Section 623.322 for a permit: (1) 50 percent of the amount collected shall be deposited to the credit of the state highway fund; and (2) the other 50 percent shall be divided equally among all counties designated in the permit application under Section 623.322 (a)(2). (b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1129 (H.B. 2620 ), Sec. 14(1), eff. September 1, 2019.
