Sec. 621.354. DISPOSITION OF FEES FOR PERMIT FOR MOVEMENT OF CYLINDRICAL HAY BALES. Of each fee collected under Section 623.017 , the department shall deposit: (1) 90 percent in the state treasury to the credit of the state highway fund; and (2) 10 percent in the state treasury to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.
