Sec. 62.315. CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP OF NAVIGATION BOARD. (a) After the annexation, the board shall be composed of the county judges and commissioners courts of the county of the annexing district and of the annexed county. (b) Each individual member of the board shall be entitled to a vote and a majority in number of the individuals composing the board shall constitute a quorum. The action of a majority of the quorum shall control.
