Sec. 62.195. FORM OF BONDS. (a) Bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued in the name of the district, signed by the county judge of the county of jurisdiction, and attested by the county clerk of the county of jurisdiction with the seal of the commissioners court of the county of jurisdiction affixed to them. (b) The bonds shall be issued in the denominations and payable at the time or times, not more than 40 years from their date, which may be considered most expedient by the commissioners court.
