Sec. 62.077. COUNSEL. (a) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 108 (S.B. 755 ), Sec. 18(2), eff. May 22, 2019. (b) The commission may employ counsel to represent the district in the preparation of any contract, to conduct any proceedings in or out of court, and to be the legal adviser of the commission on such terms as may be agreed upon by the commission. (c) The fees of counsel shall be determined by the commission.
