Sec. 62.068. OATH OF COMMISSIONERS. (a) Before each commissioner begins to perform his duties, he shall take and subscribe before the county judge of the county of jurisdiction an oath to discharge faithfully the duties of his office without favor or partiality and to render a true account of his activities to the commissioners court of the county of jurisdiction or the board whenever required to do so. (b) The oath shall be filed by the clerk of the commissioners court and preserved as part of the records of the district.
