Sec. 62.049. EMPLOYEES OF BOARD. (a) The board may employ temporary or permanent secretaries, stenographers, bookkeepers, accountants, technical experts, and other agents and employees it requires. (b) The board shall determine the qualifications, duties, and compensation of its employees.
