Sec. 614.0032. SPECIAL DUTIES RELATED TO MEDICALLY RECOMMENDED SUPERVISION; DETERMINATIONS REGARDING MENTAL ILLNESS OR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY. (a) The office shall: (1) perform duties imposed on the office by Section 508.146 , Government Code; and (2) periodically identify state jail felony defendants suitable for release under Article 42A.561 , Code of Criminal Procedure, and perform other duties imposed on the office by that article. (b) The office shall approve and make generally available in electronic format a standard form for use by experts in reporting competency examination results under Chapter 46B , Code of Criminal Procedure. (c) The office shall approve and make generally available in electronic format a standard form for use by a person providing a written report under Article 16.22 (a)(1)(B), Code of Criminal Procedure.
