Sec. 61.827. RULES. (a) The board is authorized to adopt rules implementing the provisions of this subchapter. (b) In adopting rules regarding the recommended core curriculum developed under Section 61.822 , the board shall appoint a committee to advise the board under Section 2001.031 , Government Code.
