Sec. 61.211. MAINTENANCE FUND. (a) After the district is created all expenses necessarily incurred after the petition was filed in connection with the creation, establishment, and maintenance of the district shall be paid out of the construction and maintenance fund of the district. (b) The fund shall consist of all money received from the sale of bonds and all other amounts received by the district from any source, except tax collections applied to the sinking fund and payment of interest on the navigation bonds.
