Sec. 61.160. QUALIFICATIONS; COMPENSATION; AUTHORITY. (a) Each commissioner shall be a freehold property taxpayer and a qualified elector in the district. (b) Each commissioner shall execute a bond and shall subscribe the required oath. (c) Each commissioner is entitled to receive the compensation provided by the board. (d) A majority of the commissioners shall have the authority to act, and all acts of the commission are subject to the supervision of the board.
