Sec. 604.304. PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED. (a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice under Section 604.303 , the person may: (1) accept the advisory board's determination and proposed administrative penalty; or (2) make a written request for a hearing on that determination. (b) If the person accepts the determination, the advisory board by order shall approve the determination and assess the proposed penalty.
