Sec. 604.153. ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL CERTIFICATE. (a) The advisory board shall issue to the certificate holder a certificate for the renewal period on receipt of the completed renewal notice and other information required by advisory board rule and payment of the renewal fee. (b) The renewal is valid for the period stated on the renewal certificate.
