Sec. 604.022. APPOINTMENT OF ADVISORY BOARD. (a) The advisory board consists of nine members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate as follows: (1) four respiratory care practitioners who each have at least five years of experience as a respiratory care practitioner; (2) two physicians licensed in this state who supervise respiratory care practitioners; and (3) three members who represent the public. (b) Appointments to the advisory board shall be made without regard to the race, color, disability, sex, religion, age, or national origin of the appointee.
