Sec. 603.404. SANCTIONS. (a) The medical board by rule shall adopt a broad schedule of sanctions for a violation of this chapter. (b) The State Office of Administrative Hearings shall use the schedule of sanctions for a sanction imposed as the result of a hearing conducted by that office.
