Sec. 603.203. RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS. (a) The medical board shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed under this chapter. The medical board shall maintain: (1) information about the parties to the complaint and the subject matter of the complaint; (2) a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and (3) information about the disposition of the complaint. (b) The medical board shall make information available describing its procedures for complaint investigation and resolution. (c) The medical board shall periodically notify the parties of the status of the complaint until final disposition of the complaint.
