Sec. 603.154. FEES. (a) The medical board shall set fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administering this chapter. (b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 (S.B. 202), Sec. 2.197(20), eff. September 1, 2015.
