Sec. 602.052. APPOINTMENT OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE. (a) The advisory committee consists of seven members appointed by the president of the medical board as follows: (1) four medical physicists licensed in this state who each have at least five years of experience as a medical physicist; (2) two physicians licensed in this state who each have at least five years of clinical experience related to medical physics; and (3) one member who represents the public. (b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 2.197(7), eff. September 1, 2015. (c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 2.197(7), eff. September 1, 2015. (d) Appointments to the advisory committee shall be made without regard to the race, color, disability, creed, sex, religion, age, or national origin of the appointee.
