Sec. 601.059. ASSISTANCE BY MEDICAL BOARD; DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES. (a) The medical board shall provide administrative and clerical employees as necessary to enable the advisory board to administer this chapter. (b) Subject to the advice and approval of the medical board, the advisory board shall develop and implement policies that clearly separate the policy-making responsibilities of the advisory board and the management responsibilities of the executive director and staff of the medical board.
