Sec. 60.207. DIALING PARITY. (a) A telecommunications provider shall provide dialing parity to competing telecommunications providers of telephone exchange service and telephone toll service. (b) A telecommunications provider shall provide nondiscriminatory access to telephone numbers, operator services, directory assistance, and directory listings and may not delay that access unreasonably.
