Sec. 60.141. EXPANDED INTERCONNECTION RULES. The commission shall adopt rules for expanded interconnection that: (1) are consistent with the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission relating to expanded interconnection; (2) treat intrastate private line services as special access service; and (3) provide that if an incumbent local exchange company is required to provide expanded interconnection to another local exchange company, the second local exchange company shall in a similar manner provide expanded interconnection to the first company.
