Sec. 60.030. ELECTION ORDER. An order calling an election under Section 60.029 must state: (1) the nature of the election, the proposition to appear on the ballot, and the names of at least five persons to serve as the initial permanent members of the board of directors; (2) the number and terms of directors on the board and the manner of selection of board members; (3) the date of the election; (4) the hours during which the polls will be open; and (5) the location of the polling places.
