Sec. 60.025. PUBLIC HEARING. (a) At the public hearing, the commissioners court shall examine the petition to ascertain its sufficiency. (b) Any interested person may appear at the public hearing to offer evidence or testimony on the sufficiency of the petition and whether the district should be created.
