Sec. 6.185. INFORMATION REQUEST TO COMMISSION. (a) With regard to any matter pending before the board, the executive administrator may obtain from the commission information relating to that matter. (b) On receiving a request from the executive administrator, the commission should make the requested information available within 30 days after the information is requested and shall make the requested information available not later than 90 days after the information is requested.
