Sec. 6.156. REPORTS TO GOVERNOR. (a) The board shall make biennial reports in writing to the governor and the members of the legislature. Each report shall include a statement of the activities of the board and its recommendations for necessary and desirable legislation. (b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1312, Sec. 99(32), eff. September 1, 2013.
