Sec. 592.033. INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN. (a) Each client has the right to a written, individualized habilitation plan developed by appropriate specialists. (b) The client, and the parent of a client who is a minor or the guardian of the person, shall participate in the development of the plan. (c) The plan shall be implemented as soon as possible but not later than the 30th day after the date on which the client is admitted or committed to intellectual disability services. (d) The content of an individualized habilitation plan is as required by department rule and as may be required by the department by contract.
