Sec. 592.031. RIGHTS IN GENERAL. (a) Each client has the same rights as other citizens of the United States and this state unless the client's rights have been lawfully restricted. (b) Each client has the rights listed in this subchapter in addition to the rights guaranteed by Subchapter B.
