Sec. 58.644. HEARING. (a) At or before the hearing on the commissioners' report, an owner of land that is affected by the report or the reclamation plans may file exceptions to all or part of the report. (b) At the hearing, the commissioners shall hear and make determinations on the objections submitted and may make necessary changes and modifications in the report for objections which are sustained.
