Sec. 58.453. VALIDATION SUIT. (a) A district may file a suit to determine the validity of the creation of the district and the bonds. (b) If requested by the Secretary of the Interior, the district shall file a suit to validate a contract made with the United States. (c) If a validation suit is filed, the bonds do not have to be approved by the attorney general.
